Slam Dunk Rules

  • Do not leave basketballs on the trampolines, return to storage bag
  • One jumper per lane at a time
  • Do not hang on rim
  • Jumping too close to or underneath the backboard and rim may result in contact and injury

Slam Dunk Tips

  • Rim heights: 4′, 8′, 10′
  • Can you do the “One Jump Dunk”? From the start of the lane, one jump on trampoline and dunk

The Grid

  • One person at a time
  • Always travel with two foot jumps
  • Disqualified if you land on padding
  • Do not jump off trampoline onto walkway
  • Must exit trampoline grid before next person attempts

Run The Wall

➤ Decent skill and fitness levels required

➤ Risk of injury is moderate

Be competent on Easy activities before attempting Medium activities. Know your limit; stay within it.

Run The Wall Rules

  • When learning to run the wall, start without jumping onto the trampoline
  • Do not attempt a jumping wall run start unless you are proficient in wall running
  • Progress slowly and ensure you are comfortable and prepared to jump in a controlled manner
  • Do not attempt advanced flips unless you have been properly trained
  • Always land flat on your back with your arms against your chest
  • Avoid landing on your bum, which may lead to whiplash
  • Do not land on your head or neck

  • Jump Box Heights: 4′, 6′, 8′
  • Our demonstration video explains the basics of wall running, and our staff would be happy to assist with the fundamental technique

Super-Quad Rules

  • Always jump in the center of the trampoline
  • Do not attempt to touch the ceiling or rafters
  • Progress slowly and ensure you are comfortable and prepared to jump in a controlled manner
  • Do not attempt advanced flips unless you have been properly trained
  • Avoid landing on your bum, which may lead to whiplash
  • Do not land on your head or neck

Ring The Bell

‌‌‌‌

➤ Will challenge most users

➤ Decent skill and fitness levels required

➤ Risk of injury is moderate

Be competent on Easy activities before attempting Medium activities. Know your limit; stay within it.

Ring The Bell Rules

  • Do not hang on the bell
  • Never jump beside the edge of the trampoline (stay within the BLUE border)
  • Progress slowly and ensure you are comfortable and prepared to jump in a controlled manner
  • Do not land on the safety pads or the containment flap around the air bag
  • Always land on your back or butt in the air bag
  • Never land on your feet, head, neck, hands, or stomach in the air bag
  • Do not attempt kicking off the wall unless you have been professionally trained in the use of trampolines
  • Do not start jumping on the trampoline until the air bag lane is also clear

Tips & Tricks

  • Bell height is adjustable, please ask a court monitor for assistance
  • Ask the court monitor on duty if your would like to lower the bell
