The COVID-19 pandemic has been continuously evolving. We have been monitoring it as closely as possible while trying to evaluate how it affects our business.  Upon further review, we have come to the conclusion that our business substantially falls under the current health order.

In order to support the efforts to minimize the transmission of COVID-19 and help give everyone the chance to come together as families this holiday season, we will be closing Apex Richmond temporarily – effective 8pm on November 30th, 2020.  During this temporary closure, we will be revamping our COVID-19 safety plan and having it reviewed by the local health authority.

Apex staff will be contacting affected reservations to reschedule or refund their booked tickets.  Passes, and pre-paid credits are not refundable, but will have their deadlines extended by the duration of the closure.

The health, safety and well-being of our employees and guests are Apex’s top priority and we are continuing to follow the lead of Canadian public health and local Heath authorities at this important time. Effective March 18^th, Apex Richmond will be temporarily closed until further notice.  We look forward to providing a place for families to run, jump and play once the local restrictions have been lifted.

Pre-Booked Events

Event hosts are being contacted by our team and offered an incentive to reschedule or offered a full refund, whichever the customer prefers.

Individual Tickets

Tickets that would normally be non-refundable are being converted to account credits for future use.

Groupon Vouchers, Email Offers, etc

Any pre-purchased voucher with an expiration date in 2020 will be extended by the duration of the temporary closure.
