The COVID-19 pandemic has been continuously evolving. We have been monitoring it as closely as possible while trying to evaluate how it affects our business. Upon further review, we have come to the conclusion that our business substantially falls under the current health order.
In order to support the efforts to minimize the transmission of COVID-19 and help give everyone the chance to come together as families this holiday season, we will be closing Apex Richmond temporarily – effective 8pm on November 30th, 2020. During this temporary closure, we will be revamping our COVID-19 safety plan and having it reviewed by the local health authority.
Apex staff will be contacting affected reservations to reschedule or refund their booked tickets. Passes, and pre-paid credits are not refundable, but will have their deadlines extended by the duration of the closure.
