Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes — every participant must complete a digital waiver before entering the park. Save time by doing it online before you arrive.
Do I need APEX grip socks?
Grip socks are required for all jumpers. If you already have APEX socks from a previous visit, bring them: they’re reusable!
Can I walk in, or should I book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online is the best way to secure your preferred time.
What ages can participate?
APEX is built for all ages! Most attractions are ideal for ages 5+, with dedicated Toddler Time available for younger jumpers.
Can parents watch for free?
Yes — spectators are always welcome at no charge.
